Sam saved Libby after finding Nicki in premature labour at 27 weeks. The hospital said that if Sam hadn't of found Nicki when she did then Nicki and Libby both would have died within half an hour so not only did Sam save Libby's life she also saved Nicki's as well. Libby was born facing a struggle to fight for her life. This fight may have been harder if Sam hadn't have found Nicki when she did. Sam once said "Libby, you are my angel and it was a pleasure to save your life"

Became a nanny to Maddison when her eldest gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. It took Sam a little while to get used to being a nanny at 34. She said the 1st time she held Maddison she looked at her and said 'Hello, I'm........................................me' The word nanny got syuck in her throat.

Passed away on January 01, 2007 at the age of 35.
Sam decided this life was to much to bear on 29th December 2006. She once said to me "I'm not scared of dying. I just get to sleep forever" Now she can have the biggest lay-in ever.
We tucked Sam in on 16th January 2007 at Woodvale Cremetorium.
